On a very narrow plot, The Construction Company built a very elegant extension to our house which incorporated a new home office, accessible shower room and side entrance providing wheelchair access. The Construction Company were very easy to work with and professional throughout the building process. Their staff were all craftsmen and took pride in their work. We are really happy with the finished product which we enjoy every day.

Since 2010, Geoffrey Watling (Norwich) Limited have used The Construction Co on 2 major building works. These being 6 new bungalows built on The Glebe at Hemsby together with the conversion of a long redundant office building in Cathedral Street, Norwich. This consisted of 3 former Victorian terrace houses together with a 1960’s rear extension into 8 modern self-contained flats. Both projects were completed to a very high quality that is rarely seen in this age of skilled shortages. Further with both projects together costing over £1 million, the Construction Company acted as the quantity surveyor on both projects – saving us the expense of employing one. We would not hesitate to use the Construction Company on any further building project.

I will like to recommend the Construction Company to whoever are searching for a building firm to construct their building projects. Jason and his team have done a great job in completing my extension on time and within budget. The workers were efficient and friendly, keeping the disruption to the minimum. They organised the site very well, and communicated effectively with us and our neighbours. We did not receive any complaints from our neighbours.

We used The Construction Co to build a complex extension to our house. Having had some difficult experiences with builders in the past, we were concerned about the complexity of this build. The Construction Co were superb, the finish was excellent and we would definitely use them again.

We had delayed the renovation and extension of the ground floor of our house for some time but The Construction CO’s design advice and practical guidance gave us the confidence to eventually proceed with a final design. When it came to completing the work we found The Construction Co team highly organized, friendly and hard-working. They worked tirelessly to enable us to be in the new kitchen before Christmas and the attention to detail was impressive throughout the entire project. During the building work we did hit a number of unforeseen issues but they were always managed seamlessly and without fuss or disruption. In particular, Jason and his team were always accommodating and proactive with last minute design changes. They did everything to ensure that the new kitchen and study met all of our expectations. Overall we are more than delighted with the finished work and would have no hesitation in recommending The Construction Co.
