Full refurbishment and extension works to chalet bungalow.
The solution
Following a recommendation The Construction Co were invited to tender the project & following meetings with the client & their professional quantity surveyor successfully negotiated the contract.
The property was a 1960’s built chalet bungalow and required a complete renovation. The architect designed scheme incorporated a small infill extension of an exposed patio area located under the new roof structure, and a similar infill to incorporate an existing porch canopy to become an internal lobby.
The Construction Co worked very closely with the client throughout the project making changes and alterations to benefit the scheme as elements of the existing structure exposed. The client had preapproved kitchen and bathroom window contractors who we worked with and coordinated. Regular visits and meetings with the client helped deliver the project that met all their requirements.
