We designed and managed this refurbishment and modernisation of redundant outbuildings. The barn required a full roof replacement, then re-installation of existing roof tiles due to existing roof being unreliable. This allowed us to install new velux roof lights to allow more light. Brickwork was cleaned, repaired and insulated to bring up to regulations. As well as a new insulated flooring with waterproofing and insulation, we also installed a new fully glazed door and new windows behind the barn door and shutter.

The project took a total of 8 weeks to complete.
