The Construction Co completed a 34 week architecturally designed rear extension that replaced an existing extension and adjoined to the existing garage structure. As part of the contract they also carried out refurbishment works to most of the downstairs, and a zinc roof specialist was also contracted to install matching guttering and downpipes to accompany the roof finish which were phased around the client and their family.

Aluminium folding doors were also installed by another specialist contractor onto a landscaped patio which provides for an open transition between the dining room and garden.
