The brief
Provide two additional office spaces to an existing warehouse prior to the clients occupancy.
The solution
Prior to the possession of a warehouse unit in North Walsham, our client contracted The Construction Co to carry out internal modifications to suit their specific working arrangements. This required the relevant building regulations application to be completed by ourselves as part of an existing warehouse area was being converted to new office space.
The new offices were completed with internal windows that looked into the warehouse area and the relevant fire safety, heating, insulation and working conditions adhered to. During the project we were able to offer areas within the contract where we could save the client some money. As well as cost-cutting measures, the design layout was adapted at the clients request due to working restrictions in the new warehouse area.
