Since 2010, Geoffrey Watling (Norwich) Limited have used The Construction Co on 2 major building works. These being 6 new bungalows built on The Glebe at Hemsby together with the conversion of a long redundant office building in Cathedral Street, Norwich. This consisted of 3 former Victorian terrace houses together with a 1960’s rear extension into 8 modern self-contained flats. Both projects were completed to a very high quality that is rarely seen in this age of skilled shortages. Further with both projects together costing over £1 million, the Construction Company acted as the quantity surveyor on both projects – saving us the expense of employing one. We would not hesitate to use the Construction Company on any further building project.
